I cracked open the first issue of Dark Knight 3 last night. I felt compelled to read this after seeing this tweet:
The tweet is just as comical as it is upsetting to be honest. After re-reading it I realized "DAMN, Batman took a stand before a lot of companies did". A fictional character intervened in a potential police brutality matter before a lot of companies would even tweet about it. I know Batman is fictional but DC Comics took a stand, and that stand was real. The narratives and art in comics are painstakingly overlooked.
